The European Skills/Competences, qualifications and Occupations (ESCO), an EU 2020 initiative with very important implications for the fisheries and aquaculture sectors, continued its work on defining the occupations and job profiles of the Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Aquaculture industries. M. Eleftheriou’s participation leans heavily on previous work carried out by AMC Ltd on occupational profiles in aquaculture in the WAVE and VALLA projects.
